Youth Camp

The week is packed with a variety of activities that are meant to impact kids for eternity. Each day includes Bible study, chapel, cabin activities, free time, field games, campfire.

Registration is on Sundays from 3:00 — 5:00 pm.
Closing worship is on Fridays at 1:00 pm when family and friends are welcome and encouraged to attend.

Land Connection: a farm about 7 miles
away that shares information about agriculture, food sources, and land conservation from
a global perspective.

7th-9th Grade Activities

  • Horseback Riding Giddy-up! Venture out to Ox Lake for a trail ride through the woods.
Other Camps

New! Horse Club

Do you love horses? Then Horse Club is for you! During free time, Horse Club members will head to Ox Lake to spend time learning about and riding horses during 3 one hour sessions.

Horse Club is open to all 4th-9th graders in Youth Camp. Space is limited. Not available June 16-21, July 14-19 and August 4-9. (price remains unchanged)

Seeds Weekends

This action packed weekend for our youngest campers begins with Friday registration at 7:00 pm and concludes with worship at 12:30 pm on Sunday. Families and friends are welcome to attend the closing worship.

Knowing that this may be some kid’s first camp experience or even their first time away from home, our counselors will spend every moment with these campers. They will provide a safe and caring environment filled with music, Bible study, campfires, crafts, water activities and tons of games.

Fishing Camp

July 7 - 12, 2013

Campers will spend a week at the WAPO site being led by Jeff Bosshardt — an avid fisherman and former camp WAPO staff member out on area lakes. There will be a fish fry on Thursday night with the fish that have been caught during the week. Grab your lucky tackle, shirt, or hat and join in the experience! Campers should bring their own fishing rods and tackle. Camp will provide bait and life jacket.
